Ohne Chili Gurken-Paprika-Salat

Ich mache Gurkensalat auf eigene Art, mit einem Dressing aus Condimento Bianco, Olivenöl, Senf, Salz, Dill und Kaffeesahne. In dem Salat auf dem Foto ist noch Paprika mit drin. Oft mische ich auch die Gurken mit Tomaten. Zwiebeln sind ebenso mit drin.

Dressing: 3 Teile Condimento Bianco, 3 Teile Olivenöl, 1 Teil Senf, 2 Teile Kaffeesahne, Salz, Dill
